1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WAStore.live, a SaaS platform operated and controlled by Redixtar Private Limited ("Redixtar", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Payment Terms. If you use WAStore.live on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms for that business.

2. The Service

WAStore.live is a WhatsApp Business catalog and store management platform that helps businesses organise products, manage catalogs, create digital storefronts, manage orders, and manage customer-related information. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the products you list, the orders you fulfil, and keeping your login, WhatsApp Business number and payment gateway credentials secure.

• Provide accurate business information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed as described in our Payment Terms. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. WAStore.live never holds your customers' funds: each merchant connects their own payment gateway, and transactions settle directly between you and your gateway provider. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

Use WAStore.live lawfully and respectfully. Do not send spam, attempt to disrupt or misuse the service, infringe the rights of others, or sell unlawful goods or services through your store.

6. WhatsApp and Meta Compliance

Your store must comply with Meta WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including opt-in requirements for broadcasts and approved templates for messages sent outside the 24-hour customer service window. You are responsible for the WhatsApp Business number and content you connect and send.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload, and you grant WAStore.live the rights necessary to host, process and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content you publish. The WAStore.live platform, brand and software are owned by Redixtar Private Limited and its licensors.

8. Customer Data and Privacy

If you use WAStore.live to manage your customers or orders, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that information. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

WAStore.live may interact with third-party services such as WhatsApp and Meta services, payment providers, hosting providers and analytics services. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to additional terms and permissions, and WAStore.live is not responsible for the independent policies or systems of third parties.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep WAStore.live available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate WhatsApp policies, these Terms, applicable laws, or that present a security or abuse risk. Where permitted by law, suspension or termination due to a violation does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAStore.live is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redixtar Private Limited and WAStore.live are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redixtar Private Limited and WAStore.live from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing Redixtar Private Limited and the services provided by WAStore.live. Disputes shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and contractual terms governing your relationship with Redixtar Private Limited.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product and applicable law evolve. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the website, application, email or other channels before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
